Andy's analysis:
The Ducks have had a difficult time to get much offense going from their bottom six. In Lapierre they get a speedy, aggressive forward who can play anywhere up front. He hasn't been playing much center the last couple of years, but the Ducks are likely to give him an oppurtunity to center the 3rd line to go with Joffrey Lupul who is now back from a long term injury and rookie Brandon McMillan. The Canadiens gets a 24-year old defenseman who is a good AHL player who can jump into the NHL when needed. A solid skater who can throw the body. Could still turn out being a late bloomer making it as an NHL regular at some point.
